Our Safety Commitment

When the Spa Space app was nothing more than a conversation between friends, safety, was a main priority.

This was before the world shut down to stave off a growing epidemic. This was when the safety we were most concerned about was any sort of inappropriate behavior in the treatment room. And while that is and always will be a top priority, we are also taking every step to ensure that we protect the health of all our clients.

Our Health Standards

1. Therapist will throughly wash hands

before every treatment. If there is a sink in the room, they will wash while the client is present.

2. Therapists will wear a mask covering their nose and mouth during the treatment.

3. Therapists who show symptoms of illness will propose a later massage date or refer you to a skilled colleague.

Our Safety Standards

1. Each therapist will be background checked yearly.

2. Every therapist is certified, licensed and required to adhere to proper behavior and massage techniques during a massage.

3. Every client must agree to a code of conduct they will adhere to during every treatment.
