5-Star Service Standards
These standards of service ensures each guest will receive a spa experience consistent with the Spa Space brand. Make it an experience worth coming back for.
1. Maintain a professional appearance. Maintain a professinal appearance.
Ensure your breath is fresh, hair is pulled back, and body is clean with no overpowering scent
2. Maintain Health Standards.
A. Thoroughly wash hands before every treatment. If there is a sink in the room, wash while the client is present.
B. Ask your client if they prefer you wear a mask covering your mouth and nose during the treatment.
C. If you have symptoms of illness, propose a later massage date or refer your client to a skilled colleague.
3. Be punctual. Early is on-time. On-time is late. Late is not acceptable.
4. Include Spa Space extras: Every person receives an inhalation and hot towels on their feet and back.
5. Leave no trace. Having access to the spa treatment rooms is a privilege. Do not give the facility manager a reason to revoke it.
