Spa Space is a new concept to the Spa Industry: On-demand, personalized service at luxury location. Here's a few things to know about who we are and what we do:

1. What is Spa Space anyway?
Spa Space is here to provide one solution to several problems within the spa industry:
Clients: Find trusted, skill specific therapists in a secure, luxurious environment at a time and place convenient to you.
Therapists: Use Spa Space to increase client base, add flexibility to their schedules and take advantage of the accounting, training and marketing we provide.
Spas: Spa Space to maximize their space utilization rate and bring in new customers to enjoy all resort offerings.
2. Are Spa Space Therapists licensed or insured?
Absolutely! Spa Space has engaged a nation-wide network of licensed and insured therapists who are certified by credentialed training programs, vetted and trained as a Spa Space contractor.
We do not partner with interns or therapists who require supervision. All our therapists have at minimum ....___________.... hours of practical experience.
Each therapist will be licensed through the state in which he or she works. Our therapists may also have additional training and certifications in specific methods of massage or spa treatments such as lymphatic, pre-natal, TMJ, Cranial-Sacral and more.
We also have a trusted Board of Advisors who are experts in the Spa and Massage industry to help us ensure high standards of service.
3. What are your health and safety standards?
Our Health Standards
1. Therapist will throughly wash hands
before every treatment. If there is a sink in the room, they will wash while the client is present.
2. Therapists will wear a mask covering their nose and mouth during the treatment.
3. Therapists who show symptoms of illness will propose a later massage date or refer you to a skilled colleague.
Our Safety Standards
1. Each therapist will be background checked yearly.
2. Every therapist is certified, licensed and required to adhere to proper behavior and massage techniques during a massage.
3. Every client must agree to a code of conduct they will adhere to during every treatment.
4. Is my data privacy protected?
Data privacy is a top concern for us. We do everything we can to ensure that our data remains safe and secure for your protection. All of your personal information, location information and payment information is fully encrypted. Spa Space requires that you enter your own unique password for added security.
5. How much does Spa Space cost?
6. What is your cancellation policy?
Spa Space strives to bring our clients the best spa experience possible through our platform and therapists. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please give us 24 hours notice to notify us of any changes or cancellations and a 48 hour notice for multiple service appointments or packages. We understand that life's circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments, but if 24-hour notification is not given, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service for the missed appointment.
7. What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds on services, unless otherwise determined by Management.
There are no cash/credit back refunds. If Management determines that compensation is appropriate, the Client will receive an in house gift card for an estimated dollar amount.
Service Providers are not permitted to grant refunds at any time.
