Thanks for your interest in joining Spa Space. Your online application is just the first step in becoming a service provider through Spa Space. To ensure the highest quality service for our customers and spa partners, there are a few minimum requirements all providers must meet before working with Spa Space.

Approval Process

Complete your profile

Tell us, and your future customers, about your skills. Upload your Service Provider license information, certifications and insurance documents. Login to Spa Space now to finish your registration.

Sign up for insurance Spa Space requires Professional and General Liability coverage for all of our service providers - $2 million per occurrence, $3 million individual annual aggregate.

Not insured yet? No problem! We've partnered with to offer discounted rates for all Spa Space contractors. The insurance plan includes full coverage for 1 year, CEs, and industry discounts. Click here to access Spa Space's exclusive partner rate.

Get verified

Spa Space will verify your information, run a background and license check and ensure that your contact information is correct. *Note: Therapists will only be approved to work at spas in the states for which they have a current, valid license.

Pending approval

After verification, you will receive an email informing you of your new "Pending Approval" status.. You will then need to meet with the facility manager of the spa where you choose to work.

Spa visit

Meet with the facility manager at your preferred spa for an in-person interview! During this time, you’ll take a tour of the facility and be required to take a hands-on practical. This helps to ensure you’re aligned with our service standards and safety practices. Once completed, you will fill out any necessary forms and receive additional on-boarding information for your facility.

Final approval

After your practical assessment, the facility manager will decide on your final approval status.

Get booked!

Once you are fully approved, login to Spa Space and complete your profile.

Click Profile and update your expertise. This allows Spa Space to match you with clients' needs.
Click Transactions so you can get paid! We use stripe as our payment processor. All of your financial data will be handled by Stripe, but you will be able to access full reports of all your services.
Click availability Choose the hours you want to work and open up your availability in your calendar.
